Mia Mariu Mineral Cosmetic Review & Giveaway (Ends 1/23)

In the last year or so I have come to a realization…Not all makeup is created equal.  I have really started to notice the difference in coverage and wear ability in my concealers and eye shadow in the last year.  I know that skin tone and texture change as we age and maybe that is why my makeup is wearing differently but I also think that quality products give a better result when you are doing your makeup.  I am in no was a professional makeup artist or anything like that, but I do try to look presentable and attractive and makeup is a must (most days) in my book! 


I am excited to share a company I just recently found called Mia Mariu Cosmetics.  I was able to choose a few products out to review and share with you.  I decided I wanted to get a wide range of products to review for better insight.  I ordered the Refreshing Foaming Gel Cleanser, Cream Concealer, Loose Mineral Shadow Liner Mora, and Lip Gloss Tentación.  You can see them all pictured on the left.

The first product I tried out was the face wash.  It is very clean and light.  I did notice that I needed to use my eye makeup remover to make sure my eye liner washed off, but other than that I love the wash.  My skin did not feel tight and dry after I washed it just felt very clean.  Great product! 
 
The concealer gives great coverage without being too heavy.  It covered the dark circles under my eyes and any blemishes no problem.  I used this as a spot treatment for problem areas. Mia Mariu also offers a cream foundation that is a lighter coverage than the concealer but I feel better if you are using it on the entire face.
 

The eye shadow/liner is a really fun product because it can be used as a regular shadow or you can use it wet as a liner.  I love the richness of the color and the multi-use of the product!  The lip-gloss is very smooth and has a very intense color

I was very impressed with the Mia Mariu line that I tested out and if you have been looking for something new, I hope you will give it a try.
