Potomac Products Health Line has a huge selection of for just about anything. Prenatal, weight loss , sleep aid, men’s health, women’s health, cholesterol.  I am a big believer in natural products and also vitamins. My grandmother and Mom have always been into vitamins and if something ails me they are always there with a suggestion or tip of something I can take.


I was very excited to give the Sleep Aid from the Potomac Product Health Line a try.   The Sleep Aid contains Magnesium Oxide to promote relaxation . This sleep aid helps you to fall asleep and stay asleep. I have a terrible time doing both. I’m a bit of  night owl. I could honestly stay up all night long, and then pay for it dearly the next day . I’m also a very restless sleeper. I  wake several times from a sound sleep its just terrible.  So, sometimes when I am overly tired I will take something to help me.  I found this Sleep Aid works well for me.  It did not leave me overly groggy the next day which is something I often find to be an issue with other over the counter remedies.  Plus it supports natural , healthy REM sleep.

Ironically enough my husband  had just told me ,”hey I’ve decided to be healthier so I am taking your vitamins.”  Now picture me frowning at him.  That same day my box from Potomac Health arrived and in it was a bottle of the Men’s Multivitamin.  The men’s multivitamin contains Zinc to promote sperm mobility and Niacin for heart health. It also helps to lower cholesterol and build a healthier immune system.  I happily handed it over to him with a smile and an “I got you covered J.”  J. seems to be taking the multivitamin with no issue. He prefers to take them in the evening as I also do.

How I organize and Keep track of my weekly vitamins.

 


 

Here is a friendly tip to help you organize.  If you take several different vitamins for your health and   need a way to keep them organized here is a suggestion. This is how I keep track of what I have taken and not each week.  Some of my pills I take every day while others I only take every other.  I put my weeks supply in this easy container and helps keep me on track.

 


I also received a bottle of the Vitamin B complex.  Vitamin B has several great benefits if you don’t know about it. Including reducing the risk of heart disease and aiding the cells in burning fat. I already currently take a Vitamin B, so I’m going to wait to open the Potomac. I imagine if it is like the rest of the Health Line I will be pleased.

    How often do we need to take these supplements.. Right now I am using Kyani sunrise food supplement which is made from about 10 food supplements that are wolfberry , grape seed/grape skin , blueberry , aloe Vera , wild Alaskan blueberry , pomegranate , red raspberry , noni , cranberry , concord grapes , bee pollen etc. So far it has proven its worth. I feel fit and healthy.
