Black Russian Bundt Cake

It’s no secret that I adore my chocolate. I pretty much eat anything chocolate so this Bundt cake is a favorite of mine. Plus it isn’t a really sweet cake so it fits everyone’s taste palate.



Black Russian Bundt Cake


  • 1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. Vodka
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua
  • 3/4 c. water
  • GLAZE:
  • 1/4 c. Kahlua
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar


  • Combine all ingredients and beat on low speed for one minute and then on medium speed for 4 minutes.
  • Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan
  • Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes
  • Let cool in pan for 10 minutes
  • Have glaze ready when cake comes from oven
  • Invert onto plate
  • Poke holes in cake and pour glaze over cake
  • Dust with sifted powdered sugar
