It’s no secret that I adore my chocolate. I pretty much eat anything chocolate so this Bundt cake is a favorite of mine. Plus it isn’t a really sweet cake so it fits everyone’s taste palate.
Black Russian Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. Vodka
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 3/4 c. water
- GLAZE:
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and beat on low speed for one minute and then on medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan
- Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes
- Have glaze ready when cake comes from oven
- Invert onto plate
- Poke holes in cake and pour glaze over cake
- Dust with sifted powdered sugar
