This is one of those casseroles that can be made ahead time. That way when on nights you have soccer practice or dance class you can still feed your family a hot meal.
                  
                
                          Corn Beef Casserole
                        
                      Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
 - 1 c. milk
 - 1 can (12 oz.) corned beef (about 1 1/2 c.)
 - 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
 - 1 med. onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 c.)
 - 1/4 tsp. pepper
 - 4 c. uncooked egg noodles (about 8 oz.)
 - 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
 - 1 tbsp. butter, melted
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
 - Cook and drain noodles
 - Mix soup, milk, and pepper together
 - Crumble corn beef on bottom of casserole dish
 - sprinkle chopped onions
 - add noodles
 - sprinkle with cheese
 - add milk and soup mixture
 - stir together till mixed
 - sprinkle top of casserole with bread crumbs

What an easy dish to make for those nights we’re pressed for time. My husband would really love this.
Whay a nice and easy meal to make. Families will enjoy this on a week night.
WE are not big corned beef fans but this casserole sounds like a great comfort food recipe. Will have to try it.
I have never been a corned beef person. But it looks really delicious.
