This is a super simple and super tasty recipe to add more protein and more fruits and veggies to your diet. We have eaten this for breakfast or as a snack. My kids beg for it! Make a big batch and freeze some to throw in the kids lunch box. This is a keeper! Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 scoops of Blendfresh Protein
- 1 tsp Orange Blendfresh
- 1 tsp Purple Blendfresh
- 2 tbs honey
- 2/3 cup raw oatmeal
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or raisins)
Instructions
- Mix the Protein powder, Orange, and Red Blendfresh and the peanut butter until fully combined. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. For into balls and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge. Yummo and so good for you!
