Make Back-To-School Taste Great with Nature’s Harvest Bread

Getting back into the routine of school and busy schedules takes a little time for everyone to adjust and we are no different in our family.  Well, this year has been a little different and a little more hectic since our house flooded the second day of school!!  We have been living in chaos for over two weeks now, but one thing has remained the same–I want to make sure my kids are eating healthy, yummy meals!  No matter how busy we get or the curve balls of life (like your house flooding) eating healthy food is always a top priority for us.

It was actually a blessing that I have been working with during this past few weeks, because we have been eating A LOT of sandwiches since my stove has been out of order from the flood.  I am really glad that I am able to buy my bread on Rollback at Walmart for only $1.97!  With all of the other costs we have right now it is nice to be able to stay on budget with our food and Nature’s Harvest!

I am so glad my children love sandwiches and that they love to be involved in making them too.  The other day I decided we would have a sandwich buffet where I pulled out every sandwich ingredient we had in the house and each child got to make their own creation.  They were making traditional ham sandwiches, tuna fish, peanut putter and honey, and even some non-traditional variations like peanut butter and banana (yummo!), and tuna and Cheetos (it is actually really good!).

There are so many choices of Nature’s Harvest to choose from, but we ended up trying out the Whole Grain Wheat, Honey Whole Wheat, and the Whole Grain Wheat.  I have to say that all of the varieties we tried out were happily eaten by my kiddos, and they did not even know that they were getting 8 grams of whole grain in every serving with no artificial  colors or high-fructose syrup.

With 56% of Americans out there already trying to add whole grains into their diet Nature’s Harvest makes it easy to get more healthy whole grains in on a daily basis.  Plus, with over half of the moms out there concerned that their kids aren’t eating enough whole grains Nature’s Harvest is the easiest choice to get kids eating right!

How about some FREE Nature’s Harvest Bread?!?!?  Nature’s Harvest wants to know what you think about whole grains!
