Easy Strawberry Shortcake


  • 2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine (melted)
  • 4 c. sliced Strawberries
  • Cool Whip for topping


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix ingredients together.
  • On an ungreased cooking sheet, drop 12 spoonfuls on the cooking sheet.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Slice in half, layer with strawberries.
  • Top with Cool Whip and more strawberries.
