I love finding new kitchen gadgets that make my life easier and more fun. I have been a longtime fan of The Pampered Chef and their innovative gadgets. They put out high quality, unique items and I really like that!
gave me two items to review for this post. The first item was Quick-Stir Pitcher. This is the easiest pitcher to mix juice, or anything else, that I have ever used. The lid of the pitcher has a slotted plunger of sorts that allows you to pump the handle to mix your beverage.
I loved that I could put a frozen container of OJ with lukewarm water and I was able to mix it with no problems. Usually if I do not let the frozen OJ thaw completely there are chunks left in my juice, but not anymore. Plus the kids loved helping with this product and I did not have to worry about them splashing juice all over the kitchen. Two thumbs up!
All you have to do is get out your bread, spread on the fillings in a thin layer, then cut and seal the sandwich in one heavy-palmed push/turn motion. Very efficient! The results give you this perfect round pocket sandwich.
I love that you don’t have to stop at peanut butter and jelly. We have made turkey and cheese circles and little pizza pockets. My kids gobbled them up and there was a lot less mess since the fillings of the sandwich do not drip out the sides. A fun tip I learned, for when Princess P starts school this fall, is to spread your peanut butter on both sides of the bread, with jelly in the middle to prevent soggy bread. Brilliant for school lunches!
