Recently I began a positive thought project. Everyday I write down one positive thought for the day. Doesn’t matter if it’s small or big but it has to be positive. Like a had a delicious cup of tea or I watched the sunrise or even as simple as I woke up with a mile in my heart. It just has to be positive because I am learning positive thoughts generate a positive outlook. Give it try be positive for the day, week or even a month and see how you feel.
