Recently I began a positive thought project. Everyday I write down one positive thought for the day. Doesn’t matter if it’s small or big but it has to be positive. Like a had a delicious cup of tea or I watched the sunrise or even as simple as I woke up with a mile in my heart. It just has to be positive because I am learning positive thoughts generate a positive outlook. Give it try be positive for the day, week or even a month and see how you feel.
I have recently started to do this too and I feel so much better mentally, spiritually, and physically. Positive thinking can truly change your whole life.
I know when I’m having a bad day the best thing I can do is to do something nice for someone else. That always makes my day better as well as the other persons.

I do positive self talk everyday. I do this during the quiet time and pray over my daughter in the same way.
