Produce Box Giveaway with Winder Farms (Ends 7/1)

Our loyal fans have been reading about the yummy food I have been getting with my Winder Farms orders for the past few weeks so I am sure you are excited for this post because now you get to win a FREE box of produce!  This giveaway is open to new and existing customers of Winder Farms in the Utah, Mesquite or Las Vegas, NV area!

My full order included some sugar snap peas, flavored milk, apple juice, and the produce box.  We love fresh veggies and my kids will snack on fresh fruit and veggies so I buy a lot of produce, especially during the summer, to cut down on unhealthy snacking.   The produce was fresh and crisp and there is a good variety of items included in the box.  Because of my obsession with Winder’s flavored milk, I had to try out the newest flavor, peaches and cream, as well as get a few more bottles of my all time favorite milk, chocolate caramel.

The peaches and cream is super yummy.  It has a very light peach flavor with the sweet cream added to it.  It is very natural tasting and really is a great treat if you are looking for something to satisfy a sweet tooth but a better alternative to a peach milkshake.  I have become a big fan of Winder Farms juices.  They are fresh squeezed/pressed and have very intense flavors.  The apple juice is no exception and there is no comparison to the store juice from concentrate.  If you really want a fresh from the orchard apple juice you need to give this a try.

There is over 10 pounds of fruits and vegetables in the produce box and it also comes with two recipes to give you ideas of how to use all of the produce in your box.  I thought it was great to have some recipes to get the creative cooking juices flowing, but we ended up eating most of the fruits and vegetables raw or simply steamed with salt and pepper.  I used the basil to make a mini pizza and some homemade creamy pesto dressing.  Oh my!

    We try extremely hard to eat healthy whenever possible. In the Summers we practically live on produce alone. This would be a wonderful prize for my whole family!

    I am new to Winder, just received my 2nd delivery this week. We just moved into our new home so money is tight, but fresh produce would be a great option for dinners and lunches.
