We are on week two of our Winder Farms deliveries and I must say it was a very yummy week!

I have sampled Winder Farms flavored milk before at local functions, but they have come out with a large variety that my whole family wanted to try so we ordered the flavored milk sampler as well as the Brown Cow yogurt sampler, apples and lunch salads.

The milk sampler contains 5 flavored milks including chocolate, caramel chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and root beer.  My favorite out of this sampler was the caramel chocolate.  It is the perfect mix of caramel and chocolate without being overpowering and it does not taste artificial at all.  The strawberry was my daughter’s favorite, but it does have a little bit of an artificial taste for me.  My son and husband loved the straight chocolate milk, and the baby really liked the root beer milk. 

The root beer flavor tastes just like a melted root beer float without any carbonation.  The vanilla flavor was a little too sweet for me to drink alone, but it was great poured over cereal in the morning.  This pack is great to try out each of the flavors so you know what to order in a larger size next time.  The individual bottles are 16 oz each, and they also come in a half gallon size as well.

I really enjoyed the yogurt sampler.  I usually do not get fruit on the bottom type of yogurt but the Brown Cow brand that Winder carries is extra creamy and smooth and the flavors are intense and natural.  I think that lemon and black cherry were my favorites out of the pack, but I would order the whole set again because all of the flavors were good, and I think the set is that best bargain.

The apples were fresh and crisp, and my lunch salads were great for a prepared quick meal.  I really enjoyed the Cobb salad and will be ordering it again.  I am also interested to try out the Santa Fe salad when it is available.  The salads are big enough to fill up an individual for lunch or even use as a side salad for two or three people.
