SafetyTat Giveaway (US & Canada)

At first I was a little bit unsure of SafetyTats. Did I really want to plaster my phone number on my child?  Then I received my samples . (see below)
I decided that SafetyTat is a pretty cool idea.  Have you ever taken the eye off of your child for just one second and looked back for them to be gone?  It is  the worst feeling in the world utter panic .  My youngest child is three and he is quite adventurous.  Every time we visit the mall and I take him to the playground we are there merely seconds when he makes a beeline for the playground entrance to head out into the mall.  If  I did not keep my eyes on him every second he would be wondering around the mall chasing the darn train that circles it.  Although, I hope that I never have cause for that panicky feeling. I know that Safetytat can be a precaution to help ensure his safe return if ever I do.
With summer here we are bound to be out and about with lots of other people.  In big crowds it is easy for a child to get swept up and miss/lose his Mom or Dads hand.   We have a trip planned to Disney and I know I will be using a Safetytat then.  I was afraid at first that having our phone number on him would put him in more danger. After seeing the Safetytats first hand and reading the testimonials I now think quite the opposite.   You can put the Safetytat wherever you feel safe to do so.    For other useful child safety tips visit .

  2. I ordered the qr code tats and I have to say they are way cool… Luckily they haven’t had to be put use yet , but I am glad to have them.

  3. my second child once thought it was funny to take off and hide in the clothing racks at Biway… a few seconds of panic before I heard him giggling :\
these are a great idea…hopefully never have to use it, but children are inquisitive, and do wander off sometimes, so it would be good to know its there!

  5. Bought them for my grandchildren! Thanks for sharing!

  6. My son thinks that it is funny to hide from us. But on one occasion we were at a pumpkin patch, and he literally DISAPPEARED!! I had family and friends with me, so we all split up and started looking for him! It felt like eternity while he was missing, but we did find him in less than 10 minutes. SCARE OF MY LIFE!

  7. I don’t remember losing one of my own, but a couple of years ago, my niece went into the bathroom at a water park to change. I was right outside the door with my infant daughter (the stroller was too big to take in). I didn’t realize there was a 2nd door on the other side and she managed to wander out. Luckily she was found, safe and sound (but scared), but it was a horrible experience. These are a great idea and I’d love to win some for my now 3 year old girl.
