Fall has arrived where we live in the Northeast. I find it fun to change up the home decor from spring/summer to fall/winter. One easy way I do this is by switching out small pieces like pillows, throw blankets, candles and area rugs. Especially those rugs that are right in front of the doorways! Always good to be greeted by a lovely seasonal rug when you get home!
My new fall rug, the Endicott Shell (sold at Home Depot for just $19.97!) was a perfect fit for my house and the season!
This rug is thick and cushy right from the start, and the over-sized sihouette botanical pattern flows easily into our home decor. I tend to think an overall loose pattern like this also can hide stains, too, which is why I prefer a patterned rug! I think this pattern from Mohawk is contemporary and yet the fall colors are timeless, so I know I’ll be pulling this rug out for many seasons to come!
